DYNAMIKA™

Why Image Analysis Group

With DYNAMIKA™, biotech’s benefit from scalable system that supports rapid setup and user-friendly site workflows, ensuring imaging data is managed efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Changing imaging vendor mid-program means new readers, new methods and a break in comparability that a regulator will notice. We stay with you from exploratory endpoint through to submission.

Continuity of method: The same platform, the same reading standards and the same charter logic from Phase I onward — so your Phase III data is comparable to what came before it.

Expertise, not just capacity: Radiologists qualified per study and per criteria, supported by imaging scientists who work on endpoint design rather than only on execution.

Built for scrutiny: A validated platform, 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, with a complete audit trail from upload to signed read.

Right-sized to the phase: A 20-patient Phase I doesn’t need Phase III infrastructure. Configuration scales to the protocol, not to a fixed package.

Frequently asked questions

Which trial phases does IAG support?
IAG provides end-to-end imaging support from Phase I through Phase III, across oncology, rheumatology, musculoskeletal, obesity and metabolic disease, neurology and rare disease. The same platform and reading standards apply at every phase.
When should we bring in an imaging partner?
Most sponsors engage IAG 6 to 12 months ahead of first patient in — early enough to shape imaging endpoints, site strategy and regulatory positioning before the protocol locks. Imaging decisions made after protocol lock are expensive to revisit.
What's different about imaging in early phase versus late phase?
In early phase, small cohorts mean every scan carries weight in a go/no-go call, so the priority is objective, quantitative readouts. In late phase, the priority shifts to consistency across many sites and independent, blinded review that regulators will accept.
How quickly is imaging data available?
IAG's centralized workflow delivers quality control in around 7 hours, eligibility screening in 12, and radiology reads in 38 — against industry standards of 24, 48 and 120 hours respectively.
