DYNAMIKA – IAG's IMAGE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

IMAGE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

DYNAMIKA: Simplifying Central Imaging Review

DYNAMIKA is IAG’s enterprise-scale, cloud-based platform for imaging processing and data management, designed for multi-centre trial settings. The comprehensive software system enables:

  • Central imaging quality control
  • Streamlined trial progress
  • Central reads
  • Integration with AI tools for faster read-outs and decision support

Key features include:

  • User access control
  • Site data uploading
  • Quality control
  • Data preparation for reading
  • Range of industry-standard reading protocols
  • Data export
  • Study progress reporting

DYNAMIKA has powered numerous global clinical studies, from Phase I-IV, managing most modalities in key therapeutic areas. Over the past decade, we engaged with sites around the world, processing complex imaging data from thousands of patients.

Control of Imaging Data Workflow

DYNAMIKA’s cloud-based architecture ensures rapid speed of trial start-up, site qualification and initiation. It can be used in any size trial and typically requires no additional hardware or software download for sites or image readers

By connecting multiple stakeholders, e.g. sites, readers, investigators and project managers, we enable them to acquire, transfer and manage imaging data through the secure cloud infrastructure, share and query the data points and communicate with the trial team within the platform, manage performance of all stakeholders on the trial, conduct real-time data quality control and lock a database quickly after the last patient visit.

Central Image Review

Once the images are uploaded on a cloud, personally identifiable data removed and controlled for quality, the same platform is used to score the images. DYNAMIKA incorporates many state-of-the-art radiological scoring systems. . Read about scoring systems and imaging in Your Therapeutic Area of focus.

You will be deploying the proven methods for image review in your trial, which support earlier read-outs, robust go / no-go decisions, and objective assessment of patient responses.

We work with your team to to bring the most comprehensive set of scoring systems and quantitative imaging biomarkers within DYNAMIKA to allow capturing the efficacy of a novel treatment with the highest degree of accuracy.

On Time, on Budget, with no Quality Compromise

Automation of labour intensive steps, such audit trail, de-identification, tracking, read adjudication saves time. Advanced built-in functionality for patient movement correction and inter-scan alignment increases reproducibility of the results and accuracy of the reading.
