Our business provides radiological, artificial intelligence (AI) and therapy area experience, together with our global clinical trials digital infrastructure (DYNAMIKA) to help design and deliver informative data from #drugdevelopment clinical trials. This unique set of capabilities allows us to accelerate the power and speed of critical decision-making within drug development.

The Marketing Manager will assume a key role in the managing the promotion and positioning of the company (building our brand), and for supporting the management team in the growth of the business. The Marketing Manager will have primary day-to-date responsibility for all activities related to #Marketing, encompassing:

·      Lead generation

·      Social media management

·      Website management

·      Social medial management

·      Copywriting and content management

·      Conference coordination

·      Data analytics

·      PR and corporate communications


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Working with the executive team to set the marketing strategy for the business;
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors;
  • Designing and overseeing marketing campaigns to generate sales leads;
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team;
  • Coordinating scientific writers to produce marketing materials;
  • Designing and coordinating production of marketing collateral for each of IAG’s market verticals;
  • Development of a Marketing playbook for campaigns;
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies;
  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans;
  • Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment;
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals, and measuring RoI from such events.

Specific Activities:


·      You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and new inbound sales leads across IAG’s target markets;

·      You will help the Business Development team to develop contacts and relations via LinkedIn;

·      You will create and write high quality content to produce marketing collateral and support external marketing campaigns;

·      Ensure that clear messages are sent out in various formats, across a targeted range of available platforms;

·      You will manage the Marketing budget, and evaluate RoI on Marketing initiatives;

·      You will help organise and prepare for conferences, and track conference outcomes;




·      Experience in Pharma services would be a significant advantage

·      Strong writing and content creation skills

·      Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

·      Strong detail orientation

·      Experience in the management of social media platform strategies

·      Experience in the selection and management of third party vendors would be an advantage


·      Competitive base salary, based on experience and skills
