1. Welcome & What You’ll See Today

2. Day One: How a Signed Study Becomes a Working Plan
Every study begins with a single kick-off meeting that hands the project to both our Product and Operations teams simultaneously. Following study design, configuration and site readiness start in parallel, not in sequence. From there, our Medical Affairs team writes the Reading Plan, often shaped by calls with KOLs, subject-matter experts, and the sponsor to make sure every protocol nuance is captured before a single setting is built.

3. Two Tracks, One Study Once the Reading Plan is set, two workflows run side by side:

Configuring DYNAMIKA™ (4 min) Based on the Reading Plan, our Operations team requests a full study build and every detail is tailored, including:

• Cohorts and visit schedules
• Expected imaging labels
• Results email distribution lists
• Reading workflows: from straightforward single-read setups to complex designs involving adjudication, moderation, medical monitoring, and inter/intra-reader variability

No two studies are configured the same way, DYNAMIKA™ is built around your protocol, not the other way around.

Getting Sites Ready (4 min) While configuration happens, our Operations team runs the site readiness path: feasibility, training (delivered on-site, via live video call, or through the IAG training portal), and qualification. This may include protocol review and, where needed, a phantom test scan. Only once a site is qualified is it granted access to upload studies on DYNAMIKA™.

4. Live Demo: The Imaging Pipeline in Action (11–12 min) See DYNAMIKA™ live as we walk through the core cycle every study runs on: data upload, quality control by our imaging specialists, radiologist reading, reporting, and data transfer through to database lock.

5. Staying in the Loop, Every Step of the Way (4 min) Study delivery doesn’t happen in a black box. We’ll show how queries between IAG and sites are managed directly on the platform, how regular sponsor–Operations meetings keep everyone aligned, and how sponsors get real-time access to dashboards and query tracking so you always know exactly where your study stands at any point in the study.
