IAG, Image Analysis Group, is a fast-growing medical imaging and technology company serving biotech and pharmaceutical clients. IAG provides expert and operational support when a bio-pharma company sets to develop and test a novel drug using medical imaging-based markers. IAG brings novel approaches from the field of radiology and computer science to accelerate clinical trials, to support fast objective go / no-go decisions and understanding of the new drug’s mechanism of action.

Job Requirements / Skills 

This position is a hunting role responsible for selling our clinical trial software and services to industry segments that include Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). You will be responsible for achieving signings objectives in the assigned territory. This includes making strategic partnerships, identifying and qualifying opportunities, penetrating new accounts and expanding existing client relationships. It will be imperative to leverage our company-wide resources, expertise of our scientists and feedback from our partners in order to successfully and efficiently close opportunities.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience in connecting and developing partnerships with Sponsors and CROs, great network and knowledge of what success looks like.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the field of clinical research and the life sciences industry.
  • Results oriented self-starter individual with experience working with business leaders (VP, C-level) and technology innovators.
  • Ability to build and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills are essential.
  • Understanding of competitive landscape.
  • Ability to generate new business leads and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Technical ability to use CRM to maintain and update all required account and opportunity data.
  • Strong interest in learning ever involving medical landscape, regulatory and payer environment, public health and industry trends.
  • Ability to take initiative, creativity and can-do attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Map, identify, and prioritize life science companies in line with IAG’s TA, specifically focus on pharma and biotech accounts.
  • Prospect new clients. Work with BD team to ensure efficient prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build a robust pipeline and achieve set quarterly and annual IAG’s sales targets.
  • Actively build relations with CROs and other industry partners to receive RFIs and RFPs.
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs. Coordinate and submit RFPs responses and communicate with clients regarding contracts, proposals, etc.
  • Partner with IAG’s operational and technical teams to build the right offering before submitting a proposal as well as to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish robust, long-term peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as needed, as defined by the CEO / Management.
